Refund and Returns Policy

At CilisDubai.ae, we work hard to deliver top-notch items that satisfy your requirements.

We have a simple return policy in case you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. You can swap your item once; however, we do not provide refunds. Any item may be returned to us. Do not hesitate to contact us within seven days of receiving a defective or damaged item, though, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Please be aware that we might need photographic proof of the damage or fault.

Please contact us at cialisuae1@gmail.com to start a return, and be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will give you a return address as soon as your request has been received and authorized.

Before returning the item to us, please make sure it is unused and in its original packaging.

All return shipping charges are your responsibility. Following receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will fulfill your request for a refund or exchange.

Please be aware that processing your refund could take up to 10 business days.
